16x24 Canvas Stretching Service & Blank Stretched Canvas

Get your 16x24 artwork professionally stretched, or order a ready-to-paint 16x24 blank canvas, from Modern Memory Design, a custom framing studio in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Every canvas is built to order on 1.5-inch deep gallery-wrap stretcher bars with 100% cotton, pre-primed canvas, and ships out in 5–7 days.

About the 16x24 size

16x24 (40.6 x 61 cm) is a small-to-medium rectangular format (2:3 ratio). It is a good fit for photographs straight from a DSLR or mirrorless camera (native 2:3 ratio) and poster-format prints.

Two ways to order

• Canvas Stretching (Mail-in Art): send us your rolled, unstretched canvas painting or print. We stretch it tight and square over 1.5" bars so it is ready to hang without a frame or to drop into a floater frame.
• Blank Canvas: a 16x24 primed cotton canvas, stretched and stapled on the back, ready for acrylic, oil, or mixed media.

FAQ

How much extra canvas does my artwork need?
For a 1.5" gallery wrap we recommend at least 2" of extra canvas on every side, so for a 16x24 finished piece the unstretched canvas should be about 20 x 28 inches. If your piece has less border, contact us and we will advise on options.

Can it be framed after stretching?
Yes. 1.5" bars fit floater frames, and we also offer custom framing at the studio.
