Materials & Documentation
Aircraft interior materials must meet flammability requirements for the aircraft's certification basis (for example, 14 CFR Part 23 or Part 25 burn requirements). We source aviation fabrics, leathers and foams that come with manufacturer burn-test documentation. We coordinate with your A&P mechanic, IA or repair station, who is responsible for the return-to-service sign-off and logbook entries. Seats are removed and reinstalled by your maintenance provider unless otherwise arranged.
