Sofa Cushion Replacement & New Foam
If your couch frame is fine but the cushions are flat, lumpy or sliding, new cushions can make it feel brand new for a fraction of the cost of reupholstery. We make replacement sofa and chair cushions in our Hasbrouck Heights, NJ workshop: new foam inserts, new covers, or complete cushions cut to the exact size and shape of your originals. Bring your cushions to the shop (drop-off is free), or schedule pickup for $100 in NJ or $150 in NYC.
Three Ways to Refresh Your Cushions

Cushion prices include standard fabric. Performance and designer fabrics from top U.S. vendors are available as upgrades.
Foam & Fill Options
- High-density (HD) polyurethane foam. A firm, long-lasting seat in soft, medium or firm.
- High-resilience (HR) foam. Premium bounce and durability.
- Memory foam toppers. A sink-in feel layered over HD foam.
- Dacron fiber wrap. Rounded, crowned cushions that fill the cover.
- Down-blend wrap. A soft, luxurious feel over a foam core.
- Back cushion fill. Polyfiber, cluster fiber or feather-down blends.
How to Measure Your Cushions
- Measure width, depth and thickness of each cushion (at the seam, not the crown).
- Note any T-shape, L-shape or angled corners. Photos help.
- Count seat and back cushions separately.
