What “ready to hang” means
- Wire hanging: Many frames ship with a professionally installed hanging wire and D-rings on the back.
- Wall-ready backing: Artwork is secured and finished so you can hang it immediately after unboxing.
- Orientation support: If you request it, we can prepare for portrait or landscape (where the product allows).

How do you pack frames to prevent damage?
Each order is protected with bubble wrap and edge/corner protection, then placed in heavy-duty cardboard packaging designed to reduce movement in transit. Larger pieces may ship in reinforced cartons for extra rigidity.
Will my frame arrive ready to hang?
Yes—most framed pieces arrive with hanging hardware installed so you can hang them right away. You’ll still need the appropriate wall fastener (nail, hook, or anchor) for your wall type and the weight of the piece.
What is wire hanging and why is it used?
Wire hanging uses two mounting points (often D-rings) with a tensioned wire between them. It helps distribute weight evenly and makes leveling easier—especially for medium and larger frames.
How do I hang a wire-hung frame safely?
Use a rated picture hook (or two hooks for heavy pieces). Place the hook(s) into a stud when possible, or use appropriate anchors for drywall. For best results, use a level and measure from the top of the frame to the wire at tension to find your hook height.
