Production & Lead Time

Because every frame is made to order, please allow 1–3 business days of production time for most products before your order ships. Large, oversized, or complex custom orders (such as jersey framing and shadow boxes) may require additional production time — we'll notify you if so.

Shipping Time & Carriers

Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on size and destination. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available on most orders — contact us at 201-421-4060 before placing your order and we'll confirm options and rushed production availability.

Packaging & Insurance

Each frame is wrapped in bubble wrap, fitted with corrugated protective corners, and packed in heavy-duty boxes. All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — see our damaged order assistance page. Damaged or defective items are repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Local Pickup

Skip shipping entirely — free local pickup is available at our studio: 213 Boulevard, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604. Hours: Tue–Fri 11am–6pm, Sat 10am–3pm.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Accepted returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom framing of customer-supplied items and gift cards are final sale. Full details on our Return & Refund Policy page.
